Black has spoken at the Cheltenham Literature Festival, the Gloucester History Festival, London’s Brydges Place Club, the West London Aero Club, RAeS branches and various Museums: the award-winning Army Flying Museum Middle Wallop, Bentley Priory, Biggin Hill, Brooklands, the Spitfire & Hurricane Memorial Museum, and at the RAF Museums at both Cosford and Hendon. After-dinner talks figure too: at RAF stations, the RAF Club and for charity.
The 2025 programme begins with a return to the National Memorial to the Few, Capel-le-Ferne – a very special location.
